Terms of Sale
1. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale. DoorWorks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product unavailability
- Orders placed by resellers or distributors
An order is not binding until confirmed and accepted by DoorWorks.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Sales tax is applied where required by law.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is submitted.
If a payment fails or is reversed, DoorWorks may cancel the order and pursue collection with associated fees payable by the customer.
3. Product Availability & Substitutions
Product availability is not guaranteed. In the rare event of an out-of-stock item after an order is placed, we may offer a refund or substitute a product of equal or greater value.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment.
- Customers must ensure shipping information is accurate. Fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. You must report any shipping damage, missing parts, or incorrect items within 3 business days of delivery.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Restocking
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of shipment.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Special order items are final sale.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
- Returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected at our discretion.
7. Limited Warranty
Our products are backed by a three-year limited warranty. For full details, visit our Warranty Policy.
Note: Labor costs are not covered under warranty.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, strikes, or regulatory changes.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in [Your State/Country].

10. Limitation of Liability
DoorWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, profit, or property damage.
