Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty begins on the date the DoorWorks Brand Golf Cart Enclosure ("Product") is sold to a retail purchaser or on the date on which the product is first put into service, whichever occurs first. DoorWorks warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase or first use.

Warranty Coverage

If a defect arises under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period, DoorWorks will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or part,
  • Replace the defective product or part with a new or refurbished one,
  • Provide a credit toward a replacement based on the following schedule:
  • 100% of the suggested retail price if the defect appears within the first year of purchase or first use.
  • 50% of the suggested retail price if the defect appears within the second year.
  • 25% of the suggested retail price if the defect appears within the third year.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Abuse, neglect, misuse, or accidents
  • Commercial use or unintended purposes
  • Unauthorized modifications or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Exposure to chemicals or cleaning agents not approved by DoorWorks
  • Improper use of the golf cart or modifications beyond the manufacturer’s specifications
  • Damage incurred while the golf cart is being transported
  • Labor costs associated with replacement or repairs
  • If the serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed

Warranty Claim Process

To obtain warranty service:

  1. Contact the authorized DoorWorks dealer where the product was purchased.
  2. If the dealer is unavailable or does not honor the warranty, contact DoorWorks directly.
  3. Return the defective product (prepaid and insured) with:
    • A description of the issue
    • Proof of purchase or registration verification
  4. DoorWorks will evaluate the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product accordingly.

Note: DoorWorks is not responsible for any repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for any defect, malfunction, or nonconformity in the product. DoorWorks will not be liable for:

  • Special, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product

All implied warranties, including merchantability, are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states may not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply to all customers.

Returns & Restocking Fees

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • No returns accepted after 15 days from the shipping date.
  • All orders/parts must be confirmed received within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • RMA number required for all returned merchandise.
  • Products must be in original packaging and as-shipped condition.
  • Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Interest may accrue at 1.5% per month on unpaid balances exceeding 30 days.

This warranty is non-transferable beyond the original purchaser. DoorWorks reserves the right to modify or improve its products and warranty terms without obligation to retrofit previously sold items.
